HINGES
A silent, efficient world without grease

The core of each PowerLift hinge is a 100,000 psi rated stress proof shaft running within our patented greaseless bushing. Our hinge bushings consist of a high-grade steel and porous bronze matrix which is impregnated with a synthetic fluoropolymer (PTFE). PTFE has one of the lowest friction coefficients of any solid material without using any form of lubricant.
